• Fluent across functions: build, leadership, governance
• Strong thesis on AI reshaping software development
• Scrappy and resourceful in fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

• Understand needs of internal customers across Research, Inference, Infrastructure and Product
• Define and iterate the developer experience model and productivity metrics
• Design scalable build, CI, and test infrastructure with growing headcount
• Drive product strategy for developer acceleration including AI-assisted tooling
• Own the trade-off framework between velocity, reliability, security and cost
• Establish productivity metrics for AI-native engineering organizations
• Roadmap for AI-native development and tooling over 2–3 years
