The role is remote-friendly with travel requirements, and requires close collaboration with Security/IT, Engineering, Research, and G&A to align on priorities and deliver

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and a 3–6 month strategy for making the platform the default home for cross-functional collaboration, and secure alignment from Security/IT, Engineering, Research, and G&A.
• Own adoption, engagement, and satisfaction metrics at the company level; set the metrics, instrument them, and be accountable for moving them with clear attribution.
• Prioritize ruthlessly against a demand signal that continuously evolves, balancing stakeholder needs with company goals.
