Job summary

Ande is seeking a hands-on Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for defined features and product areas in a fast-moving, AI-native environment. You will turn complex AI, data, and workflow challenges into clear user-centered experiences while partnering across Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Responsibilities include owning designs from framing to launch, exploring ideas, translating problems into intuitive journeys, and contributing to the design system.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of UX or Product Design experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience contributing to end-to-end design initiatives and shipping real product.
• Strong UX fundamentals and ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
• Ability to defend design decisions to cross-functional partners by user needs.
• Ability to communicate design thinking beyond pixels and annotate flows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for defined features and product areas, from framing to launch.
• Engage upstream to define what to build and why, not just after requirements are set.
• Rapidly explore ideas, moving from rough concepts to high-fidelity UI.
• Translate AI-driven problems into intuitive user journeys.
• Identify UX gaps and present concrete proposals using visuals and text.
• Apply strong visual craft across typography, layout, spacing, and color.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations on roadmap decisions.
• Participate in user research to understand enterprise workflows and constraints.
• Contribute to the design system, prioritizing speed, consistency, and usability.
• Use AI tools daily for writing, research synthesis, ideation, and prototyping.
