Clera seeks a hybrid accounts and product professional to bridge customers, sales, and engineering in an AI agent platform serving hospitality. You will lead onboarding calls, refine workflows, and drive retention while surfacing product insights.

This is a hybrid accounts and product role at a seed-stage AI agent platform serving the hospitality industry. You'll sit at the intersection of customers, sales, and engineering, building and deploying AI agents that automate real customer workflows while feeding product insight back to the team. Roughly 70% of the work is customer-facing, with the remaining 30% focused on product discovery and prioritization.
Run customer calls covering onboarding, workflow refinement, quarterly business reviews, and optimization conversations that drive retention and upsell.
Build and deploy AI agents to solve customer workflows, using AI coding assistants to scope and prototype solutions.
Identify patterns across customer requests and distill them into prioritized feature work for engineering.
Collaborate with engineering to unblock agents that hit limitations or scope new platform capabilities.
Automate repetitive internal work continuously, improving your own efficiency over time.
3+ years in product management, operations, or a customer-facing technical role delivering solutions for customers.
Demonstrated experience building automations or workflows using RPA, no-code platforms, scripting, or similar tools.
Familiarity with no-code workflow platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar.
Experience using AI coding assistants to prototype or build solutions.
Ability to scope technical requirements and translate customer needs into implementable specifications.
Strong customer relationship skills, including conducting onboarding, support, or business review calls.
Systems-oriented mindset with comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Experience working with non-technical or business-focused customers to understand their operational workflows is a plus.
Background in hospitality, travel, or customer service industries is a plus.

Base salary: $120,000 to $210,000 annually
Equity: 0.15% to 0.60%
