Job summary

Social Capital Resources in Tampa seeks a Product Manager to drive the Advisor Services platform, uniting custody, trading, billing, reporting, and client portals into a single, seamless experience for RIAs and wealth managers.

You will own the roadmap, translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into clear specs, and collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Sales to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in product management, engineering, or consulting.
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
• Experience building product capabilities in brokerage, custody, wealth management, or advisor technology.
• Knowledge of ACATs, model portfolios, rebalancing, fee billing, and portfolio reporting.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear product specs for engineering and risk teams.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, compliance, legal, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Advisor Services across web and mobile.
• Define advisor onboarding, client account opening, custody workflows, and billing processes.
• Translate advisor needs into detailed user stories and implementation plans for multiple teams.
• Build capabilities that improve advisor efficiency and client experience.
• Mentor team members to achieve objectives.
