Job summary

Webull is building Advisor Services, a modern custody and technology platform for RIAs and wealth managers. This foundational product leadership role focuses on advisor workflows, custody infrastructure, and scalable architecture to serve advisors and their clients.

You will partner with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Legal, and Risk to deliver a platform that supports onboarding, trading, billing, reporting, and integrations across the advisor ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 6–8+ years in financial services, fintech, technology, or related field.
• Product management experience building or managing brokerage, custody, wealth management, or institutional financial services.
• Strong understanding of advisor workflows, client onboarding, trading, portfolio management, and reporting.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear product roadmaps and execution plans.
• Proven ability to lead cross functional initiatives with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Sales and client facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Advisor Services and onboarding flows.
• Define differentiated advisor and client experiences across web and mobile dashboards and workflows.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, and roadmaps with global teams.
• Build scalable capabilities across onboarding, billing, reporting, and third‑party integrations.
• Embed scalable controls and workflows across custody, books and records, and disclosures.
• Drive competitive positioning and continuous product improvement by staying current with market trends.
