Job summary

SwagUp is seeking a Product Manager to own the Admin (PIM) and Salesforce order-management systems. You’ll collaborate with engineering, operations, fulfillment, and customer-facing teams to build reliable, scalable tools that meet real operational needs.

This role reports to the Senior Product Manager and will drive roadmaps, gather requirements, and conduct stakeholder interviews to ensure delivery aligns with business priorities and user needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience owning e-commerce, order management, or internal operational/data tools.
• Experience with Salesforce for order management or business process support.
• Familiarity with PIM (Product Information Management) systems is a plus.
• Strong data-driven decision making and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the Admin (PIM) roadmap: strategy, roadmap, prioritization for Admin platform.
• Own the Salesforce roadmap: product direction for Salesforce order management.
• Gather requirements and write clear documentation for agile teams.
• Conduct stakeholder and client interviews to understand internal user and customer needs.
• Partner with engineering daily to clarify scope and unblock questions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, fulfillment, finance/accounting, and design.
• Manage end-to-end development: backlog grooming and release planning.
• Support broader SwagUp initiatives across the platform.
• Define success metrics and track outcomes post-launch.
