Job summary

SwagUp is seeking a Product Manager to own the Admin (PIM) platform and Salesforce-based order management system. You will drive strategy, collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer teams, and ensure the tools powering internal processes are reliable and scalable.

The role reports to the Senior Product Manager for SwagUp and requires strong communication, data-driven decision making, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment with overlap to US working hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally owning e-commerce, order management, or internal operational/data tools.
• Experience with, or interest in, Salesforce as a platform for order management.
• Familiarity with PIM (Product Information Management) systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Admin (PIM) roadmap and prioritization for the internal system of record.
• Own the Salesforce roadmap for the end-to-end order management process.
• Gather requirements and write clear documentation to align agile teams.
• Conduct stakeholder and client interviews to understand internal user and customer needs.
• Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to execute the strategic roadmap.
• Manage end-to-end development, backlog grooming, and release planning for your areas.
