Job summary

Gabby, a premier furniture brand, seeks a Director of Software Product to own Syspro ERP and Product Information Management platforms, driving automation and data integrity across manufacturing, logistics, and ecommerce. You will translate business needs into technical specs, collaborate with developers, and manage integrations with CRM, WMS, and third-party apps.

As a senior technology leader, you will guide a team of Syspro Analysts, PIM Administrators, and Data Analysts, shaping data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Seven or more years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
Four+ years Syspro ERP experience including configuration and data management.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, inventory, logistics.
Experience designing and supporting integrations via APIs, EDI, middleware.
Advanced SQL Server experience including query development and reporting.
Experience leading technical teams and driving transformation.
Experience with Agile methodologies; PMP/ CAPM/ PMI-ACP a plus.
Furniture industry, custom manufacturing, or made-to-order business experience preferred.
Master's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead initiatives that automate and enhance workflows within Syspro and cross-functional systems.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, technical specifications, data models, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with developers through design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Design and oversee integrations between Syspro, PIM, ecommerce, CRM, WMS, and third-party apps via APIs and middleware.
Evaluate build-versus-buy opportunities and develop business cases supporting investment decisions.
Own Syspro inventory and product data, BOMs, routings, costing, pricing, orders, and warehousing.
Configure Syspro security, custom forms, workflows, reporting tools.
Manage Product Information Management (PIM) including data modeling and enrichment.
Oversee Datascope and warehouse management processes.
Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL Server queries and procedures.
Lead ERP upgrades, patch management, tests, and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to support objectives.
Drive continuous improvement for accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
