We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our team for a 12-month contract. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring availability for Pacific Standard Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to facilitate project progress and address any blockers.
• Act as the first point of contact for user support, managing inquiries and triaging tickets effectively.
• Open and track ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining documentation and training resources for team members.
• Take ownership of specific business initiatives as you grow in the role.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse teams.
• Experience with project management tools, particularly Jira and ServiceNow.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
