The Role

Loom is hiring a product leader to drive its mission and lead the product growth team. As Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of our Growth organization. This role involves managing a team of PMs and contributing directly to high-impact projects.

This is a remote position, ideally located between PST and EST.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for self-serve revenue
• Lead a high-performing, metrics-oriented team to drive growth
• Create systems to monitor growth funnel health
• Own product strategy, roadmap, and new feature development to enhance acquisition, activation, and monetization
• Collaborate with Core Product to align vision
• Coordinate with design, engineering, data, research, and marketing teams
• Set team goals and metrics aligned with Loom’s mission
• Liaise with stakeholders to define growth and monetization strategies

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in management
• Experience managing multiple domains and cross-organizational projects
• Experience in Pricing & Packaging
• Strong people management and mentorship skills
• Proven success in B2C and B2B growth strategies
• Ability to develop growth and revenue models and report to executives
• Experience working with product and sales teams with performance metrics
• Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
• Experience building successful products with design and engineering teams
• Deep belief in the power of video for communication
• Ability to simplify complex problems for multiple stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity effectively

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay ranges vary by geographic zone, with additional benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity. For example, in the US, ranges are:

• Zone A: $190,400 - $253,800
• Zone B: $171,300 - $228,400
• Zone C: $158,000 - $210,700
