We seek a dynamic and visionary Principal Product Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in enhancing enterprise analytics and AI deployments, focusing on Generative AI workflows. This position offers the chance to shape our product future and make a significant industry impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and drive the product vision and strategy for Opaque’s Confidential AI platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative product solutions.
3. Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, growth, and optimization.
4. Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product initiatives.
5. Prioritize features based on data, feedback, and business objectives.
6. Own product roadmaps and communicate progress internally and externally.
7. Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to keep Opaque competitive.
8. Act as a product evangelist to build excitement and drive adoption.
9. Collaborate with Design and Engineering on product specifications.
10. Lead design partnership programs and Opaque’s Product Advisory Council.
11. Develop metrics for measuring product success, aiming for top CSAT/NPS scores.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, especially in enterprise software, security, cloud, or data-driven products.
• Experience managing and launching complex products in fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical understanding, working closely with engineering teams.
• Deep knowledge of data security, privacy, and confidential computing products.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Understanding of software development in data analytics, machine learning, and AI.
• Experience with encrypted datasets and privacy tools for AI.
• Proven success in product management and launches.
