Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Product Manager for a Glendale-based, multinational media and entertainment client, focusing on the eCommerce guest experience. You will own the vision, drive end-to-end initiatives, and align strategy with measurable outcomes to enhance the site for guests and stakeholders.

You will partner with analytics, UX, engineering, and product teams to deliver impactful features, prioritize ruthlessly, and balance value, feasibility, and user impact in a fast-paced

Qualifications

  • Previous product management experience, ideally in a digital or eCommerce environment.
  • Experience translating strategy into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and make tradeoffs using data and sound judgment.
  • Experience working with Agile software development methodologies and practices, including Jira & Confluence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.

  • Drive execution of your initiatives end-to-end, managing dependencies, risk, and scope.
  • Ensure your features meet a strong quality bar and deliver a great Guest/Stakeholder experience.
  • Use metrics, experimentation, and Guest/Stakeholder feedback to improve outcomes and inform next steps.
  • Manage core stakeholders for your product area, communicating clearly in routine and semi-complex situations.
  • Work autonomously within your scope, proactively surfacing issues and improvement ideas.

Our client, a multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate, is hiring a Product Manager to join their eCommerce guest experience team in Glendale, CA.


As a Product Manager, you'll take on real ownership over complex problems, delivering technology solutions that empower our cast members to run the site, support our guests, and grow the business.


Key Responsibilities
