Qualifications

• 4-5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience with IoT, telemetry, device monitoring, asset monitoring, or OT.
• Strong data analysis skills and using data to drive features.
• AGile product owner, roadmap and backlog prioritization experience.
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets and telemetry to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate data insights into new features and enhancements.
• Gather requirements from operations, business users, and technical teams.
• Drive part of the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering throughout the Agile lifecycle.
• Develop data-backed business cases and track KPIs.
• Present new features to internal stakeholders.

About the Role

We are seeking a mid-level Product Manager with 4-5 years of experience to support a large-scale fuel asset optimization initiative. This role will focus on managing and improving products that monitor fuel assets and the data flowing across thousands of retail locations.

The ideal candidate has experience with IoT, telemetry, device monitoring, or asset management platforms and is highly comfortable using data to drive product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets and telemetry data to identify trends and product opportunities.
• Turn data insights and business requirements into new features and enhancements.
• Gather requirements from operations, business users, and technical teams.
• Drive a portion of the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog.
• Partner with engineering throughout the Agile product development lifecycle.
• Develop data-backed business cases and track product KPIs.
• Communicate and present new features to internal stakeholders.

Must-Haves

• 4-5 years of Product Management experience
• Experience with IoT, telemetry, device monitoring, asset monitoring, or operational technology
• Strong data analysis skills with examples of using data to drive product features
• Agile Product Owner, roadmap, and backlog prioritization experience
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirements-gathering skills
• Comfortable working onsite 5 days/week in Irving, TX
