Job description

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to take ownership of critical operational technology products that support complex manufacturing, maintenance, logistics, and supply chain operations.

This is not a traditional SaaS product role. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting close to the operation, spending time on the shop floor, understanding how work actually gets done, and translating operational challenges into scalable technology solutions.

What you will do:
  • Own products end-to-end, from problem discovery through delivery and adoption.
  • Work directly with operations teams to understand workflows, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Define requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver solutions across supply chain, operations, and manufacturing functions.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across operations, technology, and leadership teams.
  • Measure business impact and continuously improve products after launch.
What you need:
  • Proven experience owning products or programmes from requirements through delivery.
  • Hands‑on exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, industrial operations, aviation, aerospace, engineering, or similar physical operating environments.
  • Ability to engage credibly with engineers around data flows, APIs, integrations, scalability, and technical trade-offs.
  • Experience gathering requirements directly from frontline operational stakeholders.
  • Strong process improvement mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
Why Us:
  • Opportunity to work on technology that directly impacts real‑world operations, manufacturing, and supply chain performance.
  • Fast-paced environment where products can move from concept to deployment in weeks rather than months.
  • Significant exposure to senior leadership and critical business initiatives.
  • Join a growing product and engineering function building strategic internal capabilities.
  • Competitive salary + premium benefits package
