GlobalLogic is seeking a seasoned Product Owner/Manager to lead product strategy and execution for a major retail/pharmacy platform. You will partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders across US locations, including Deerfield and Chicago, to drive vision, roadmaps, and delivery.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience in product management within enterprise software, with strong requirement analysis and agile discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for specific product areas, aligning with business objectives.
  • Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact, managing trade-offs effectively.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of product features from concept to launch and iteration.
  • Act as liaison between stakeholders and the development team for clear communication of goals.
  • Mentor junior team members on product management and agile best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement of development processes and tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user data to inform enhancements.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and feasibility assessments for new initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

GlobalLogic is looking for a new talent to join our rapidly growing team established for worldwide retail pharmacy company. Our teams are co-located with customer in Deerfield, IL. We deliver various services in this strategic partnership to build new pharmacy platform: Product architecture and development , Integration, DevOps, User Experience and Design, Agile coaching.#LI-VK1

Requirements
  • Possessing 7-10 years of progressive experience in product ownership and management, demonstrating a strong track record of successfully delivering complex software products in an an enterprise environment.
  • This role requires a flexible work model, balancing on-site collaboration at our Santa Clara office with remote work capabilities to foster innovation and team synergy effectively.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in the Chicago IL location is$125,000 to $140,000 and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
