Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a product discovery and backlog specialist based in Reading, PA. You will lead discovery workshops, map current-state to future-state processes, and translate business requirements into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities include prioritizing backlog, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring artifacts meet the definition of done. Flexible, work-from-home options are available.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to capture current-state workflows.
• Document as-is vs to-be process maps for modernization/implementation.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Identify integration touchpoints with other systems.
• Own and continuously groom the product backlog based on business value and technical dependencies.
• Prioritize discovery deliverables (rules engine logic, approval workflows, pricing rules, etc).
• Balance competing stakeholder asks across teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, client IT, and the delivery team.
• Facilitate sign-off on discovery artifacts (BRDs, process flows, configuration rule catalogs).
• Partner with solution architects to validate discovery findings against technical feasibility.
• Support offshore/onshore team alignment through clear documentation and daily availability.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives) representing the business voice.
• Ensure discovery outputs meet definition of done before handoff to design/build phases.

Must-have skills

• Product Road mapping.
• Ability to define the high level capabilities/features/Epics for a complex system and create roadmaps for execution.
• (Nice to have) Hands-on exposure to at least one CPQ platform (Salesforce CPQ etc.).
• Agile delivery experience with backlog management.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence for backlog management.
• Experience with building AI enabled workflows for automated contextual assistance to users.
• Strong facilitation skills for running workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to synthesize ambiguous business input into structured requirements.
• Excellent written communication for BRDs and stakeholder-facing decks.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Reading PA is 150K to 160K, and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
