Zusammenfassung

Highmark Health is seeking a Manager to lead the product strategy, vision, and execution for a portfolio supporting Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network capabilities within Provider Data & Reimbursement. You will lead a team of Product Managers and align multi-site stakeholders around a multi-year roadmap.

You will translate customer needs, market trends, and business priorities into an integrated portfolio strategy and ensure measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

5+ years of experience in product management, development, or related field.
Experience in an agile environment and with product development methodologies.
Customer-centric mindset and ability to translate customer needs into product decisions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience as determined by the company.

Aufgaben

Lead product strategy, vision, and execution for a portfolio (Provider Contracting, Credentialing, Network).
Oversee roadmaps across Contracting, Credentialing, and Network; prioritize investments toward measurable outcomes.
Guide Product Managers through discovery, business-case development, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to drive adoption and value realization.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
