Highmark Health is seeking a Manager to lead the product strategy, vision, and execution for a portfolio supporting Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network capabilities within Provider Data & Reimbursement. The role guides Product Managers through discovery, business-case development, prioritization, and lifecycle management while aligning with senior leadership.

You will build a high-performing team, drive adoption, and ensure value realization across the portfolio through

Qualifications

5 years of experience in product management or related field.
Experience in agile development environments.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/tech.
Strong customer-centric mindset.
Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsabilités

Lead product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network.
Manage and develop a team of Product Managers; align with business and technology partners.
Drive value realization with measurable outcomes; prioritize investments.
Collaborate with governance across functions; participate in discovery and lifecycle management.
Oversee backlog management and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
