Qualifications

• Ideal major is Engineering with a minor in business.
• Completed at least the freshman year of undergraduate coursework.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to organize information, analyze data, communicate clearly, and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Management projects from initial research and analysis through recommendations and implementation planning.
• Analyze product, customer, operational, and financial information to identify improvement opportunities and support decisions.
• Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to validate product capabilities and improve product information accuracy.
• Assist with product portfolio alignment and updates to internal reference tools, product documentation, and customer-facing materials.
• Evaluate operational improvement opportunities including technology, automation, supply chain and investment options.
• Develop clear business cases, project updates, and recommendations for leadership review.
• Coordinate project activities across Product Management, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Data Governance, and Supply Chain.
• Document project findings, decisions, risks, and next steps for sustainable process improvements.
• Present project progress and final recommendations to functional leaders.
