Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.S. degree in Mechanical engineering.
• Completed at least sophomore year of undergraduate coursework.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Preferred GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Basic understanding of production processes.
• Strategic and creative thinking.
• AutoCAD experience.

Responsibilities

• Review production data.
• Coordinate with team members on line work priorities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Manage projects alongside daily work.
• Collaborate and manage contractors as needed.
• Contribute to product development projects execution.
• Develop and integrate product and process documentation with accuracy.
