Job summary

Axos Bank's immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program offers hands-on experience in supporting the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Interns work with Product Managers and cross-functional teams, contribute to a capstone project, and participate in training sessions and leadership conversations.

The paid internship provides opportunities to analyze market data, document roadmaps, and produce user guides while gaining exposure to corporate finance training and networking

Qualifications

• Assist in gathering market data, identifying trends, and analyzing competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
• Help maintain product documentation, update timelines, and track progress on roadmap initiatives.
• Support communication between product, IT, and design teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize product performance metrics; assist in preparing reports for leadership review.
• Help create user guides, training materials, and process documentation for new product features or system upgrades.
