Job summary

Axos Bank's Summer Internship Program invites students to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment during a 12-week period. Interns participate in a capstone project, leadership sessions, and training courses, with two session dates offered.

The Business Analyst Intern will help onboard clients, support operations, assist with strategic planning, and develop exposure to enterprise-wide reporting and improvement initiatives within multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new client accounts, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
• Support day‑to‑day business operations including updating internal systems, tracking project progress, and maintaining records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions around business goals and process improvements.
• Help prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
