Axos Bank invites you to join a 12-week Summer Internship Program. The Product Management Internship offers hands-on experience supporting the product lifecycle from concept to launch. Interns work with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to learn how products are researched, designed, and delivered in a dynamic environment.

Sessions run May 25–Aug 13 or Jun 14–Sep 3. Capstone project, leadership sessions, financial literacy courses, and CFI trainings are included, plus a volunteer day

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, tech, finance).
• Ability to analyze market data and identify trends.
• Comfort collaborating across product, IT, and design teams.

Responsabilités

• Assist in gathering market data, identifying trends, and analyzing competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
• Help maintain product documentation, update timelines, and track progress on roadmap initiatives.
• Support communication between product, IT, and design teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
• Collect and organize product performance metrics; assist in preparing reports for leadership review.
• Help create user guides, training materials, and process documentation for new product features or system upgrades.
