Axos Bank is offering a 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. You will work with the UX Research team to learn how products are researched, designed, and delivered, and you will participate in a capstone project, sessions with leaders, financial literacy trainings, and corporate courses.

The UX Design Research Intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support roadmap initiatives and learn market data

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering market data, identifying trends, and analyzing competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
• Help maintain product documentation, update timelines, and track progress on roadmap initiatives.
• Support communication between product, IT, and design teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
• Collect and organize product performance metrics; assist in preparing reports for leadership review.
• Help create user guides, training materials, and process documentation for new product features or system upgrades.
