Job summary

Axos Bank is offering a 12-week Product Management Internship designed to immerse interns in the product development lifecycle from concept through launch.

You will work with Product Managers and cross-functional teams, participate in capstone projects, and access trainings and leadership sessions. The program emphasizes hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering market data, identifying trends, and analyzing competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
• Help maintain product documentation, update timelines, and track progress on roadmap initiatives.
• Support communication between product, IT, and design teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
• Collect and organize product performance metrics; assist in preparing reports for leadership review.
• Help create user guides, training materials, and process documentation for new product features or system upgrades.
