Job summary

Axos Bank is offering a 12-week Summer Internship in the Commercial Banking division, with a focus on onboarding clients, sales operations, and treasury management. The program includes capstone projects, leadership sessions, and formal trainings.

Interns will work with the UX and product design teams to support research needs and project work, while gaining hands-on exposure to banking processes, regulatory frameworks, and client service strategies in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new client accounts and managing signer changes.
• Respond to internal and external requests professionally and within service-level agreements.
• Support the development of process maps, procedures, and Rules of Engagement for sales teams.
• Input and track sales team activities in Salesforce and provide operational feedback.
• Participate in strategic and operational projects across Commercial Banking and Treasury Management.
• Handle general client service requests, including account maintenance and user support.
• Collaborate with specialty deposit groups to understand client needs and service models.
