Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. invites students to join their Co-op or Internship programs in the Bismarck, ND area and other North American locations.

The roles are designed to provide hands-on experience in product development, marketing, and data analysis within a global equipment manufacturer. Co-ops run for eight months as full-time employees, while internships are semester-long and part-time with potential extensions.

Qualifications

• Freshman–Senior standing seeking a degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering or other business related field.
• Attention to detail; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Team player, fast learner, adaptable to change; excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing business cases and product requirements for new product development (NPD) projects.
• Assist in coordinating and progressing projects through the Phate-Gate system used in NPD process.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies for products.
• Assist with sales promotional program implementation, verification and analysis.
• Develop and maintain reports that measure product performance and distribute to stakeholders.
• Work with the product team on product evaluations and related changes.
• Assist in planning and implementation of meetings/events.
• Conduct market research and present recommendations.
• Support Product team with Oracle configurator data and sales reports.
