Qualifications

• Freshman to Senior seeking a degree in Ag System Technology, Ag Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent communications skills and high motivation.
• Travel required: <10%.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble products for Service Manual revision and/or Labor Time verification
• Conduct trend analysis of product field performance
• Operate products for audit and verification purposes
• Use statistical tools for advanced prediction of machine warranty
• Communicate directly with our dealer network
• Process warranty return parts, and participate in tear down analysis
• Troubleshoot Dealer technical questions on machines needing repair
