You will disassemble products for service manuals, analyze field performance, operate machines for audits, use statistics for warranty predictions, and support dealer communications.

Qualifications

• Freshman to Senior seeking a degree in engineering or ag tech.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of motivation.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble products for Service Manual revision and/or Labor Time verification.
• Conduct trend analysis of product field performance.
• Operate products for audit and verification purposes.
• Use statistical tools for advanced prediction of machine warranty.
• Communicate directly with our dealer network.
• Process warranty return parts, and participate in tear down analysis.
• Troubleshoot dealer technical questions on machines needing repair.
