Qualifications

• Freshman to Senior standing seeking a degree in Business, HR, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Team player with good communication skills and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Partake in process improvement discussions.
• Assist with marketing task management system Monday.com.
• Collaborate on photo shoot scheduling preparation.
• Support lead and opportunity management within Salesforce.com.
• Manage, edit, and maintain website content.
• Day-to-day operational tasks including email monitoring and invoicing support.
• Coordinate with vendors for on-site event requirements and branding materials.
• Assist in preparation of branded merchandise and promotional materials.
