Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation is seeking a Product Line Specialist for the Exlar team in Minnesota. The role focuses on executing product line strategies, developing new business opportunities, and coordinating resources to close deals.

You will work with multi-level sales efforts, translate customer needs into solutions, and present capabilities to customers. The position emphasizes collaboration with engineering, strong product knowledge, and the ability to drive value through tailored proposals

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, product support or customer-facing roles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with pricing models, cost structures, and proposal processes.
• Ability to interpret technical product information and translate it for commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Present the group’s capabilities & products in context for customers’ areas of interest.
• Understand and process customer requirements.
• Translate customer requirements into solutions using the group's equipment.
• Coalesce requirements and creatively conceive solutions to customer problems.
• Generate and present concept-level presentations in response to customer needs.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on proposal efforts.
• Demonstrate the group’s products – technically strong and hitting the main sales points.
• Discuss how company products and services can meet requirements.
