You will mentor junior staff, drive test automation, and ensure regulatory and performance compliance across production and development environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or related engineering field.
• 6–10+ years of progressive test engineering or system validation experience.
• Experience designing and executing test strategies for complex systems.
• LabVIEW certification or equivalent practical LabVIEW experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement test methods, fixtures, and scripts for production and development.
• Lead testing activities and verify functional, performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop test plans, automate tests, and generate detailed reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous test improvement.
