Quality Assurance Engineer We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Exlar team! As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems and inspection processes across manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory frameworks. The role contributes to product quality, process reliability, and operational consistency by analyzing data, resolving quality issues, supporting audits, and collaborating cross-functionally to uphold quality expectations across the production lifecycle.
Location: Chanhassen, MN (on-site) Salary: $76,200 - $92,000 Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in MN.
