Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Associate Merchandise Manager to work with the Merchandise Manager to grow a line of Cintas products. You will collaborate cross-functionally to achieve service, growth and profit objectives and support the product team in design, development, system support, quality issues, inventory management and data analysis.

This role requires presenting to large groups, traveling up to 20%, and strong communication and Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience presenting to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve service, growth and profit objectives.
• Support product team in design, development, system support, quality issues, inventory management and data analysis for assigned categories.
• Assist with data analysis for product lines and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
