Cintas Corporation seeks an UltraClean Market Manager in our Rental Division in Phoenix to grow UltraClean Services profitably.

Responsibilities include overseeing all operations and sales for a Cintas UltraClean Market including partner engagement, safety, customer endearment/retention, growth, profitability, diversity & inclusion, and execution; developing and implementing the strategic direction of the market and product line to meet corporate goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and sales for a Cintas UltraClean Market.
• Engage partners, ensure safety, and drive customer retention and growth.
• Achieve profitability and execute strategic market direction in line with corporate goals.

Cintas is seekingan UltraClean Market Manager in our Rental Division to profitably grow our UltraClean Services. Responsibilities include overseeing all operations and sales for a Cintas UltraClean Market including, but not limited to, partner engagement, safety, customer endearment/retention, growth, profitability, diversity & inclusion, and execution; developing and implementing the strategic direction of the market and product line to meet corporate goals and objectives; directing assigned operations by proper utilization of sound management practices and administration of Cinta s policies and procedures in order to achieve defined goals.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor s Degree preferred

Preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Internet/Intranet
• 1-3 years of performance driven management and/or sales experience preferred
• Customer relations and/or business-to-business sales experience selling products and/or serves to a broad customer/prospect base preferred.
