Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an Advanced Management Partner in Pittsburgh to be trained for Senior Leadership roles. The program combines hands-on assignments in Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting, and Sales to build the fundamentals of each department.

Assignments culminate in a General Manager path with office-based service, sales, production oversight, and team leadership. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), be willing to travel, and meet DOT driving

Qualifications

• Travel availability and scheduling as part of the role.
• Must meet DOT/Provincial requirements for operating a regulated vehicle.
• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification required before start.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Customer Service teams and oversee service delivery.
• Coordinate Affiliate Management, Accounting, and Sales responsibilities during training.
• Support hiring, training, and performance feedback for partner team members.

Job description

Cintas is seeking an Advanced Management Partner to be trained and prepped for Senior Leadership roles. Each assignment prior to the role of General Manager will be hands-on and designed to teach the fundamentals of that particular department, to include four major areas: Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting, and Sales. The Customer Service assignment involves leading a team of Account Managersand Customer Service Representativeswho deliver excellent services to customers. The Customer Service Manager role involveshiring, developing, training and motivating theteam; visiting customers to maintain service levels;troubleshooting issues and upselling our products;coaching, evaluatingand providing performance feedback to the partners.The Service and Sales assignments will be rolled into one management training experience during a time period spent in the office. These assignments involve managing the Service Center as a whole, managing the sales, officeand production aspects of the office and overseeing the service department.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• Ability to travel 10%, including overnight stays
• Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) or Provincial requirementsfor driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements,qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
