Cintas Corporation offers a Management Trainee program designed to accelerate your career through hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. You’ll learn leadership skills alongside experienced managers and prepare for advancement within the company.

• Must have or will obtain a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver's license required.
• Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role preferred.
• A business or related academic major preferred.
• Leadership/management role on campus or in activities helpful.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or after program.

Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well-structured program, where you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands‑on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands‑on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities Include:
