Helio Outdoors is seeking a Senior Product Line Manager to direct and manage the business-critical product assortment, launching new products and developing plans for offerings to increase revenue and margins. The role requires coordination with NPD, industrial design, sales, marketing, finance, sourcing, logistics, and customer service, with travel up to 20%.

The in-office position will be based at our headquarters in Stoughton, MA.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years' product development experience.
• 4-year degree required.
• Experience in sporting goods/brand CPG preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).

• Develop strategic product category roadmap and drive lifecycle from planning to launch.
• Analyze market data and competitive landscape to inform pricing and promotions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across NPD, design, sales, marketing, and finance.
• Collaborate with manufacturers domestically and overseas to introduce innovative products.
• Report progress to management and manage timelines across the stage-gate process.
