Job summary

GSM Outdoors is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead development from concept through production. You will partner with Engineering, Sales, Sourcing, and international manufacturers to deliver innovative outdoor products on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years of PM experience, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a track record with overseas manufacturing partners.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of Product Management experience leading complex product development projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Experience working with overseas manufacturers, including supplier communication and negotiation.
• Experience using project management software such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of new products from concept through production.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Sourcing, and international manufacturing partners to bring products to market on time and within budget.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and ensure stakeholders have information and accountability to achieve objectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, timelines, and budgets to leadership and key stakeholders.
