Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
- 5–7+ years of Product Management experience leading complex product development projects.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects through full product lifecycle.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across departments.
- Experience with overseas manufacturers, supplier communication, and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of product development, sourcing, manufacturing, and commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Lead product development projects from concept through commercialization.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Balance technical requirements, cost, quality, and speed to market.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Sourcing, Quality, and manufacturing partners.
- Provide status updates on timelines and budgets to leadership.
