Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a closely related product leadership role.
• Proven success driving user acquisition, conversion, and retention for software products using Product-Led Growth (PLG) and self-serve strategies.
• Strong foundational domain knowledge of network security and the firewall business landscape.
• Exceptional ability to lead by influence, aligning disparate cross-functional teams around a single, cohesive self-serve strategy.
• Must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area for a hybrid workplace model at the Santa Clara HQ.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated product lead owning end-to-end Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies across the entire Software Firewall portfolio.
• Establish operational consistency and efficiency across product lines, eliminating duplicated efforts across cloud marketplace listings and buyer journeys.
• Oversee and streamline critical self-serve touchpoints, including cloud marketplace listings, sales compensation alignment, and business analytics.
• Leverage product analytics tools to track customer acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion metrics to drive actionable feature improvements.
• Collaborate across Business Analytics, Cloud Marketplace GTM, Growth Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, and Customer Support to drive cohesive execution.
