Job summary

Palo Alto Networks seeks a highly technical Principal Product Manager to define and drive the next generation of cloud-delivered network security and AI infrastructure security. You will own strategy for managed firewall offerings across AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, OCI, and emerging AI environments.

Lead cross‑functional teams, partner with cloud providers, and translate requirements into scalable product capabilities with strong focus on AI workloads and security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, Engineering, or related technical roles.
• Deep understanding of next‑gen firewall and network security concepts.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or OCI.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking architectures (VPC/VNet, routing, load balancing).
• Experience delivering SaaS, managed cloud services, or Firewall‑as‑a‑Service products.
• Familiarity with modern AI infrastructure and architectures (LLM inference, APIs, agents).
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for cloud-delivered and managed network security across hyperscalers, NeoClouds, and AI environments.
• Build relationships with cloud providers translating partner requirements into scalable product capabilities.
• Define requirements for cloud-native and managed firewall services including traffic insertion, routing, HA, scaling, and telemetry.
• Drive architectures for AI Factories, GPU clusters, NeoClouds, and AI-native applications.
• Shape convergence of network security and AI runtime security for prompts, APIs, and model access.
• Lead customer discovery and design‑partner engagements with enterprises and cloud providers.
• Develop PRDs, requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria with engineering.
• Partner on positioning, pricing, GTM with Marketing, Sales, and Cloud teams.
