Job summary

Re:Build in Boston is seeking a Head of Product Growth to own the end-to-end customer journey for Livewire, from discovery to paid adoption. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Customer Success to design, run and scale experiments that translate insights into measurable growth and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in product growth, PLG or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience designing and running experiments.
• Strong partnership with Product using customer data to drive decisions.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and limited infrastructure.
• Strong funnels, cohorts, conversion and experiment analysis.
• Familiarity with product analytics, CRM/marketing automation and web analytics.
• Preferred: product-led, self-service or digital commerce experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth journey from acquisition through activation, lifecycle and conversion.
• Build a clear view of the customer journey and where users get stuck.
• Run a steady cadence of experiments across acquisition, onboarding, product experience, lifecycle and conversion.
• Partner with Product to turn user insights into a faster path to value.
• Build measurement and operating rhythm to help the team learn and decide faster.
• Drive conversion, retention and expansion with Sales, RevOps and Customer Success.
• Shape positioning and messaging based on customer insight, with Marketing.
• Direct agencies and specialists to move faster, without outsourcing the thinking.
