Re:Build is seeking a hands-on Head of Product Growth to lead the Livewire growth engine, connecting acquisition, activation, and retention across the customer journey. You will partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Customer Success to design experiments, define metrics, and drive measurable value.

The role demands autonomy, strong analytics, and the ability to build growth processes from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Experience in product growth, PLG, lifecycle marketing or a similar role; and you know growth doesn't stop at signup.
• Hands-on experience designing and running experiments, including with imperfect data and small samples.
• Strong partnership with Product, using customer and product data to drive decisions.
• Comfort operating with high autonomy and limited infrastructure.
• Strong quantitative skills funnels, cohorts, conversion and experiment analysis.
• Familiarity with product analytics, CRM/marketing automation, web analytics and experimentation tools.
• Preferred: product-led, self-service or digital commerce experience. Wire harness/CAD/manufacturing expertise not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth journey from acquisition through activation, lifecycle and conversion.
• Build a clear view of the customer journey; who's converting, where they get stuck, and whether they're reaching real value.
• Run a steady cadence of experiments across acquisition, onboarding, product experience, lifecycle and conversion.
• Partner with Product to turn user insights into a faster path to value.
• Build the measurement and operating rhythm that helps the team learn and decide faster.
• Drive conversion, retention and expansion with Sales, RevOps and Customer Success.
• Shape positioning and messaging based on customer insight, in partnership with Marketing.
• Direct agencies and specialists to move faster, without outsourcing the thinking.
