Job summary

Re:Build is seeking a hands-on Head of Product Growth to connect the customer journey from acquisition to payment. You will work across Product, Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Customer Success to design experiments, measure impact, and optimize value delivery.

You will lead growth initiatives, partner with teams, and guide external firms or contractors. This role requires comfort with ambiguity and strong quantitative skills to build a scalable growth system.

Qualifications

• Experience in product growth, PLG or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience designing and running experiments.
• Strong partnership with Product and other functions.
• Familiarity with product analytics, CRM/marketing automation and web analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth journey from acquisition through activation, lifecycle and conversion.
• Build a clear view of the customer journey and value realization.
• Run a steady cadence of experiments across acquisition, onboarding, product experience, lifecycle and conversion.
• Partner with Product to turn user insights into faster value.
• Direct agencies and internal specialists to move faster while owning the thinking.
