Job summary

Middesk is hiring a Growth Engineer to join a small engineering pod working directly with Marketing and GTM. You will ship features across the acquisition and expansion funnel, including in-product trials, self-service onboarding, and the middesk.com rebuild.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production web applications with Rails and React.
• Adaptable in ambiguous environments with changing priorities.
• Strong frontend skills and attention to UX details.
• Proficient in SQL, analytics and metric definition.
• Ownership of outcomes end-to-end, with measurement.

Responsibilities

• Ship features in Middesk dashboard to enable discovery and trials of products including trial credits and case studies.
• Improve self-service onboarding for small businesses to sign up and convert without sales touch.
• Own the middesk.com rebuild: site structure, performance, and hosting demo environments.
• Collaborate daily with Marketing, Sales and Account Management to turn funnel insights into backlog.
• Apply internal growth tools: enrichment, content research, topic curation, and funnel analysis.
