Job summary

Neko Health is seeking a Lead Product Engineer for Growth to own and accelerate the customer funnel across our website, web app, and backend. You will join a pod of engineers, collaborating with product, design, marketing, and other teams to drive growth in multiple markets and currencies.

You will ship features quickly, run rigorous experiments, and build reusable growth mechanisms that enable rapid launches with configuration rather than code.

Qualifications

• Experience building full-stack products with real customer usage, including a funnel, payments flow or a growth loop.
• You have shipped features end-to-end that moved a number, and you solve the problem regardless of the tool.
• Daily use of AI coding tools, and you can show what you have shipped with them.

Responsibilities

• Ship to production in your first week and own a meaningful part of the funnel within your first month: waitlist, booking, payments or invites.
• Ship features end to end across the website, web app and backend that move a conversion rate, in every market and currency we operate in.
• Run experiments properly: hypothesis, instrumentation, ship, read, keep or kill.
• Build growth machinery rather than one-off features: referrals, invites, membership tiers, payments and localization, so the next launch is configuration, not code.
• Hold the quality bar with AI tools in your daily loop: fast, secure public surfaces, resilient to fraud and abuse.
