Job summary

PRIME AE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – Water / Wastewater to join our Columbus or Akron offices.

You will lead complex water and wastewater projects from planning through design and delivery, collaborating with clients, regulators, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be a licensed PE with 6+ years of experience, strong leadership, and a passion for mentoring engineers while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• PE license or ability to obtain reciprocity preferred.
• 6+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through design and delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for successful execution.
• Support business development and proposals with the Marketing team and clients.
