Job summary

EWI Recruitment seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of water filtration solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. You will own the product strategy and roadmap from market insight to launch, optimization, and lifecycle management.

You will work with engineering, R&D, quality, regulatory, operations, sales and marketing teams to define requirements, prioritise features, and manage delivery.

Qualifications

• Substantial product management experience, ideally in water treatment, filtration, plumbing, appliances, or related technical sectors.
• Experience taking physical products from concept to market and managing complex projects.
• Ability to translate market data into commercially viable products and communicate strategy clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build business cases and set pricing and positioning strategies.
• Support forecasting and portfolio planning and monitor product performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to evaluate media, components and manufacturing capabilities.
• Present recommendations to senior stakeholders and communicate product strategy across the organisation.
